Handyman Services - AD Home Improvement LLC also provides basic handyman services such as screen repair, leak identification and sealing, squeaky door and floor repair, mailbox installation, pressure washing, garage door and garage door opener installations and pretty much anything else you can think of. Demolition and Removal - We will perform all demolition required for your project and remove all waste (unless there is something you want to save from the demolition). Upon completion of the project the area around it will be cleaned and restored to its original condition. If there is something that you just want removed we will also perform stand-alone demolition and removal services, independent of any new construction.
Electric - AD Home Improvement LLC will install all electric circuits, wiring, outlets, lights, switches and any other electric elements required for your project in accordance with national and local building codes.
Plumbing - We will perform the installation of all plumbing, sinks, toilets, baths and showers in accordance with national and local building codes.
Painting and Finishing - AD Home Improvement LLC shall paint or stain all surfaces included in your project, to include ceilings, walls, molding, casements, doors and windows. Any finish such as polyurethane, varnish or shellac will also be applied if appropriate for the project. Some items may be pre-finished off-site for convenience and then touched up after installation.
Permits - AD Home Improvement LLC will work with your municipality to determine what permits you require for your project and file all paperwork. At the end of the job we will ensure that all permits are approved by your local building inspector. All permit fees will be included in the contract price.
Variances - We will work with your municipality’s zoning officer to determine if a variance is required for your project. If one is required, we will make all applications to the municipality and navigate the variance process for you with your local municipality and zoning board. AD Home Improvement LLC will be there to support your application at all zoning hearings. All variance fees will be included in the contract price.
Inspections - AD Home Improvement LLC will be there to support all inspections required for your project. Any inspection deficiencies will be corrected and re-inspected until all permits are approved. |
